Samantha's love of real estate began back in 2002 when she became the go to friend for finding homes (Short of getting the commission check at the end!)
She realized real estate was her passion and sought her brokers license in order to be more knowledgeable in the field. After 13 years of selling homes to celebrities, business execs as well as first time buyers, she decided to open her own brokerage firm, Positano realty. Samantha’s business is almost exclusively referral-based with repeat clients from relationships she has built over many years, and clients coming from a variety of backgrounds and professions. Samantha’s vast knowledge of the Hollywood Hills all the way west to the beaches of Malibu, enables her to service clients who want their Hollywood hills estate as well as their Westside weekend retreat. Having grown up in Los Angeles, Samantha has extensive knowledge of these specific neighborhoods which transfers down to her clients by offering unparalleled insight into their home purchase and/or sale. Samantha’s commitment to each client, sincerity, sharp negotiating skills, and her vast knowledge of the industry, make her clients return to her time and time again. Samantha attended Marlborough school and has a business degree from USC. Prior to Real Estate, she has worked in publishing, and as a director of Sales and marketing for a successful fashion firm.

Born and raised in Newport Beach, CA, Peter graduated from The University of Southern California. Upon receiving his degree, Peter went to work with several high profile companies including DreamWorks, United Talent Agency (UTA) and Giorgio Armani before beginning his career in the fast paced and exciting world of Los Angeles real estate.
